SHIPPING & RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
Since you are ordering a custom product, there is a no-return/no-refund policy on such items. If the product is damaged when you receive it, you can send it back for a replacement. Otherwise, you have a one-year warranty on stitching where any damage incurred during normal and reasonable use of the product will be covered.

For brow bands and collars, treat the leather as you would normally with other leather goods -- use leather conditioner every 8-12 weeks to preserve its suppleness and prolong its life span. Avoid getting collars wet -- we recommend not letting your dog wear it while swimming to maintain leather quality and some stones (sodalite, for example) may have their integrity affected.
SHIPPING
Stonepath ships using Canada Post Priority Post, and we charge a flat rate for shipping all goods. Shipping within Canada is a flat $25 rate, while international shipping (including goods shipped to the United States) will be charged a flat rate of $35.

Using Priority Post, customers can expect to receive their items within 4-5 business days. Typically, a custom order can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to complete (depending on availability of stones & other manufacturing necessities).

Please be aware that we have some established size guidelines for both our Brow Band by Stonepath and Polished Pups by Stonepath product lines. If you have any questions when ordering, please consult the following chart for some guidance:
